Grid Connection Lead — Netherlands
Own the grid connection process for our Dutch pipeline, from initial application through energization, in coordination with TenneT and the regional DNOs.

Responsibilities
- Manage the grid connection application and study process with TenneT and regional DNOs
- Coordinate power system studies, transformer sizing, and protection coordination
- Liaise with the development team on site selection and connection cost estimates
Requirements
- 6+ years in grid connection or power systems engineering in the Netherlands
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Familiarity with the Dutch congestion management framework
