Operations & Maintenance Lead — Atacama portfolio
Oversee the Sierra Alta Solar plant and the Atacama Storage battery, with end-to-end accountability for availability, performance ratio, and HSE.

Responsibilities
- Own daily availability and performance ratio targets across the Atacama portfolio
- Lead the on-site O&M team of 14 technicians and shift supervisors
- Manage spare parts inventory and the long-term service agreements with the inverter and BESS OEMs
- Coordinate scheduled outages, module washing, and thermal imaging campaigns
- Report plant performance to the asset management team monthly
Requirements
- 8+ years in utility-scale solar or battery operations, with 3+ years in a lead role
- Fluent Spanish and working English
- Experience with SCADA systems (Power Plant Controller, at least one major inverter OEM)
- TÜV or equivalent HSE certification
