Originate and structure corporate PPAs with industrial offtakers across the Netherlands, Germany, and the Nordics.

Responsibilities
- Originate and structure corporate PPAs (virtual and physical) with industrial offtakers in EMEA
- Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate legal, technical, and credit due diligence
- Build and maintain a pipeline of offtaker relationships in the chemicals, data center, and hydrogen sectors
- Coordinate with the asset development team to match offtaker load profiles with new build assets
Requirements
- 6+ years in power market origination, corporate PPA, or energy trading
- Working knowledge of at least one continental European power market (APX, EPEX, NordPool)
- Fluent English; German or Dutch strongly preferred
